With Custom Reporting Layouts, users can build organization-specific reports of Outreach reporting metrics for a variety of teams and leaders. I designed the default reporting layout and overall experiences.
Pipeline Generation Report
This report helps sales leaders and sales managers understand the number of activities required to meet their pipeline goals. I led the design for this report to bring goal tracking and pacing to Outreach platform.
Grove Collaborative Order History Redesign
I led the mobile app redesign of Order History feature which supported public company readiness. It displayed refunds, reshipments, and applied store credits that affect a customer’s order.
PowerUP App Redesign
PowerUP is a native mobile app that helps women to build a healthier routine. In 2018, I redesigned the key feature and improved the onboarding experience.
Marigold App Redesign
Marigold App is a tool to complement patients’ treatment with a small, anonymous support group of peers in recovery. I redesigned the Marigold mobile app UI from end to end.
100 Day Project
I started my 100 day projects in Sep 2017. I created one vector illustration per day, which helped me hone my vector illustration skill. Then I finished 100 days of doodles in 2019.
UNCTAD Website Redesign
Redesigned ISAR(International Standards of Accounting and Reporting)
website, as well as created ISAR Honors logo and other marketing materials for UNCTAD
conference.
